Prism Ward Tower Defense Game | Stop the swarm with 4 towers

Enemies march along a path, and you defeat them with towers placed beside it. There are 7 stages. Each enemy that reaches the core at the end of the path costs you lives, and at 0 lives the stage is lost.

💡 About this tool

Tower defense is mostly decided by where you build. The same gold can win or lose a stage depending on whether you use the corners or hold the point where two paths meet. The fun lies in matching towers to enemies and in deciding when to upgrade and when to rebuild.

Tower Cost Good at Watch out for
Pulse Cannon 50G Fast shots at one enemy at a time Does little against armor
Nova Mortar 80G Hits a whole area where it lands Can't hit flying enemies
Frost Coil 60G Slows every enemy in range Low damage
Rail Gun 110G Long range, ignores armor Slow rate of fire
  • Each tower can be upgraded twice. Selling one returns 70% of the gold you put in
  • There are 7 enemy types. A dotted line shows the route of flying enemies, so you can prepare away from the path too
  • Clearing a stage gives 1 to 3 stars, depending on the lives you have left

Defeating an enemy scores 10 times its reward. Clearing a stage adds 1,000 points plus 100 per life left.

🧐 FAQ

Q. Can I play with a keyboard? A. Yes. Keys 1 to 4 pick a tower, N calls the next wave, P or Space pauses, F changes the speed and M mutes. With a tower selected, U upgrades it, S sells it and T changes its aim. When the board has focus, the arrow keys move between cells and Enter builds. Esc cancels your selection.

Q. How do I build on a phone? A. Press a tower button, then tap an empty cell twice. The first tap shows the range and the second tap on that cell builds. Tap a different cell to change your mind.

Q. What is the early call bonus? A. When all the enemies of a wave have appeared, a 20-second wait for the next wave begins. Press Next wave instead of waiting and you get 1.5G and 5 points per second left. The waves will overlap, so use it when you have room.

Q. How many stars can I get? A. You get 3 stars with at least 85% of your max lives left, 2 stars with at least 50%, and 1 star if you survive with fewer. Beating your old result on a stage adds only the difference.

Q. What does research do? A. Stars buy upgrades that work in every stage: gold, lives and tower performance. Resetting returns all your stars, so you can try other combinations.

Q. What happens if I stop partway? A. A stage in progress isn't saved, so closing the page sends you back to its start. Unlocked stages, stars, best scores and research stay in this browser. The game pauses by itself when you switch tabs or when the board leaves the screen. In fullscreen, Esc closes the panel and pauses the stage.

Q. Can I move my records to another browser? A. Yes. Under Records and save, press Create save code, copy the text, and paste it into Load code on the other browser. It also works as a backup before you clear your browser data.

📚 Fun Facts

The early call bonus is a loan against your own safety. The bonus is 1.5G per whole second left, so calling at the very start of the 20-second wait pays up to 30G. Once a moment has passed, it pays 28G. Two calls like that cover a 50G Pulse Cannon.

Waves also bring gold on their own: 10G plus 2G per wave number, whether you wait or not. So calling early does not raise that supply. It only adds the bonus, and it gives you less time to deal with what is already on the board. The Early Call Pay research multiplies the bonus by 1.6, which turns 28G into 45G.
